Every day is a brand new beginning, some call it ‘everyday’, others call it ‘life’.

When the morning light emerges, starting a new chapter with a well-prepared breakfast is like a warm reset button before hitting life’s pause button.
A good breakfast is not a pose for social media, but the beginning of truly pampering yourself.

Today’s energizing package:


🌞 Breakfast combo: pumpkin and mixed grain porridge + scallion egg pancakes + whole grain side dish
🎃 Pumpkin Mixed Grain Porridge recipe:
1️⃣ pumpkin washed and cut into small 2cm square pieces
2️⃣Rice and glutinous rice 1:1 ratio (½ cup each, about for 2 people)
3️⃣All the ingredients into the pot with water to boil and then turn on low heat and slowly simmer 25-30 minutes
4️⃣After cooking, use the back of a spoon to crush the pumpkin to increase the consistency (retaining the graininess is also acceptable)
5️⃣Add sugar to taste or just enjoy!
🥞Scallion Egg Bites Tutorial:
1️⃣Preparation: 3 eggs, 2 tablespoons chopped scallions, 20g medium gluten flour (makes 4)
2️⃣Batter making: 1 tbsp flour + 4 tbsp water stir well, add 1/4 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp salt, finally beat in the eggs and mix well
3️⃣Heat a pan with thin oil, pour in 1/4 of the batter at a time and quickly turn the pan to spread into pancakes.
4️⃣Fry over medium-low heat for 1 minute until the edges buckle, then flip.
5️⃣Caramel colored spots appear on both sides before removing from pan
💡Tip:
 Pepper can be replaced with black pepper (to adapt to western flavors)
 Use a silicone brush to evenly grease the pancakes when frying
 more authentic with Greek yogurt and seasonal fruits
