Make a restaurant-quality breakfast in 4 easy steps!
Hello everyone! If you like to make rice noodle soup, you must try this creative way, sweet and sour appetizing soup with tender meat slices, super satisfying to eat in the morning ~~
📝 Making steps:
1️⃣ Meat treatment: thinly slice the pork, add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, ½ tablespoon of oyster sauce, a little pepper, 1 tablespoon of cornstarch and mix well, and finally drizzle with cooking oil to lock in the moisture, marinate for 15 minutes (the cornstarch can make the meat more tender)

2️⃣ Simmer the tomato soup base:
When the pan is hot, pour oil, first popped onion and garlic minced
2/3 of the diced tomatoes stir-fry juice, add half a bowl of water and boil over high heat.
Add shredded fungus and sliced ham and cook for 1 minute (reserve 1/3 of the tomatoes for last use)

3️⃣ Layer the cooking ingredients:
Add 1 teaspoon salt, ½ tablespoon soy sauce, and a little white pepper to the soup
Reduce the heat to medium-low, use chopsticks to slide in the meat piece by piece
Break in the quail eggs and add the remaining tomato chunks (to retain the fresh crunch of the tomatoes)

4️⃣ Assemble out of the pan:
In a separate pot, cook the rice noodles until they are cooked to 8 minutes (can be broken with chopsticks but have a white core).
Strain into the soup and cook for 30 seconds
Before turning off the heat, blanch a few slices of bok choy, sprinkle with chopped green onion, chicken broth, and drizzle with ½ tablespoon of garcinia cambogia oil (can be replaced with pepper oil).

✨ Delicious Tip:
✅ Marinate the meat with cornstarch, it is the key to tenderness.
✅ Add the tomatoes in two additions to get the richness of the soup base and the crunch of fresh tomatoes.
✅ Garcinia Cambogia oil is the last to be put in, so it is fragrant and not overpowering the flavor.
✅ The soup looks light, but actually combines the triple flavors of sour/spicy/fresh, which makes it super appetizing to drink in the morning!
