【Chinese Breakfast Tips】

I used to think that happiness was far away, that I had to chase those unattainable goals and live like a never-ending spinning gyroscope.

Until one day I had an epiphany – true happiness is hidden in the wisdom of our ancestors: eat well and live healthy.

Happiness is not found in grandiose blueprints, but in the three meals and four seasons of every day.

When you carefully select your ingredients, cook them with dedication, and then sit down to savor them, your body seems to be infused with a whole new energy.

This vitality, brought about by food, not only makes your skin glow, but also puts life into a virtuous cycle where good things naturally follow.

Remember this truth: eating on time is the most cost-effective self-investment.

There’s no need to compare yourself to others, no need to strive for over-perfection; health and peace are eternal luxuries.

Eat every meal with a sense of ceremony, life is naturally full of flavor.

Breakfast doesn’t have to be luxurious, the most stable happiness is hidden in the plain daily life.
